Im in season 19/20 with marseille and i cant seem to buy any good players? i checked with genie scout and for a DECENT regen your paying £20million + and the player would only get a 3 star rating from your assistant. i try to buy as good youth players each transfer window with potential of 3 stars + hoping they become world class but having too many regens i cant play them all at the same time and they dont develop as well !!

Regens, like any other youth players, wont reach their potential unless they get good tuition from your more experienced players and get to play a lot of first team football.
If you buy too many regens, you'll pay big money for their potential talent, but if you dont play them its a massive waste. You should cut down a little or you'll just be making a loss on them.
Some players will never reach their potential, thats how football works. I payed £2mil for a left winger who turned out to be rubbish, he never developed. May have been my fauly, but he left on a free because I couldnt sell him on. Other players Ive bought quite cheeply and theyve become first team players and are key squad members. It all depends, every game/player is different.
