i also believe this! i don't majorly change my team just tweak it a little, and also to help new faces always gets the players going.

and ricorile did you say you are 5 seasons in? not won the prem and your still manager? wow. but ya defense is old, need fresh young blood to challenge for places, if you are struggling play young players instead of some big names, it works for me, e.g. im arsenal and in season 1 and 2 i went through rough patches but took big names out e.g. fabregas, toure, gallas, van persie, adebayor. and played saivet, wijnaldum, ramsey, rodwell etc. got some scrappy
1-0's and some amazing demolitions.
