and sign artem milevskyi for £7.5m and if you can get tevez aswell for £9m then wooo to you.

I would go for Dzenko. But if you are dead set on tevez, you will need a big stiker next to him, he's a bit small..

not necessarily, he is a good target man on his own, if you play run on to. but then he requires some creative midfielders around him

You need someone big for corners though and crosses, Arsenal have quite a small team.
