The whole issue is a bit out of my league, and I couldn't get someone to help yet.
I did all I know in an effort to at least temporarily fix the problems.
I have removed the "remember me" option from the log-in screen for now. I hope you won't get any more "wrong url" errors, and that your logged in sessions will hold up to 30 minutes of inactivity, before it logs you out.

You should have experienced login issues, due to a change of configuration on a traffic filtering service I've applied to the site yesterday.
I'm hoping this should be the last time you encounter such issue, as I have set the inactivity timeout to 16 hours (in case you had 'keep me signed' option enabled).
