FM Live Beta Testing

Since we had indicated our interest in beta testing Football Manager Live, we are pleased to tell you that two new gameworlds are opening on Monday 11th August and we'll get a chance to play.

There are 2,000 places in these gameworlds available, 90,000 people wanting them, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We are from the fast ones, and RedArmy20 was granted all necessary details to log in there and make us proud!

Edit 09 Aug: Officially both gameworlds are now full, only 1 day after the initial notice!

Edit 11 Aug: Bad News, Woke up today and started FM Live to get things going. But found out that the password to the FM Live account isn't working. Somehow this is not going good at all. Im Sad to say i wont be doing any beta testing . Im trying my best to do what i can at the moment. I wont be able to contact Stam for another month. So we will just have to live with this trouble. Cheers, RedArmy20.

Edit 13 Aug: Alrite, Stam's GF helped out a bit. She gave me the e-mail for the new password. But, trying again to log in to FM Live it doesnt work. I think its too late now. Im sorry for not being able to do any BETA testing for FM Scout. But i will do my best to get as much information as i can on FM Live.

New Genie Scout released

Eugene released the third public beta today, which solves shortlist problem with non-visible regens, updates staff training rating system and fixes even more loading data errors. Beta 3 is the last beta before pre-release version.

A banner to FMScout.com is also introduced in this version!

FM Updates teams up with FM WeeGiE

We contacted FM Updates to learn what's moving at their camp and when to expect the next data update. We learned some yet to be announced exclusive news.

FM WeeGiE, who was the first to produce a third party data update after patch 8.0.1, will join forces with FM Updates and they will work together on the next data update.

This is very good news and we can't wait to meet the next data update.

The Bootroom unlikely to continue

We contacted the fanzine editor, Simon Johncock, and it seems we won't get to read a fourth edition, at least not anytime soon. To quote him:

"I'm sad to say that it looks as though The Bootroom is unlikely to continue, at least in the short term. Unfortunately, a number of commitments have left several key players without the time to dedicate to it. There's as outside chance that it may be reborn some time on the future."

We hope you guys get it back together and release more editions, but even if you don't it was great while it lasted.
