Every save I do on fm 14 i have the same problem, I start really well, for example my brighton save I am currently doing I went 16 games unbeaten. Then after about 20+ plus my players and tactics just go out the window, I can never win, even when I vary my tactic, mentality and rotate players..I have tried everything, amy advice?
Teams eventually get used to the tactics your team play and its upto you to change when need be
Just like toonman said. But for me that is very irritating because I want to play one tactic and I have to change it just after one season. If you take it to real life then you will see every year another tactic (new probably) and that is so ridiculous
It's very frustrating because I have taken Newcastle and Brighton to the top of their respective leagues In the past and it lasts up till January/February and then end up finishing 8/9th place..
I dont agree that you really have to radically change your tactics that much, I often do three tactics that in reality is really similar. Just a bit of number combinations for midfield and attackers, how high the pressure should be etc.
Why don't u just start with that one u want. You can have 3 tactics . I usually start with 3 tactics immediately and when 1 stops working i just switch that one with the other two. 
If you have the time, study every opponent and prepare tactics according to them. Some teams play better against some tactics and worse against others.
