An Idea for a New Football Manager

Well, I will admit. I am a huge fan of Football Manager.

It all started with Hull City in Championship Manager 4 when I achieved back to back promotions and became a star manager.

Then FM11 and FM12 happened and my machine ran out of configuration to support the later versions.

I have spend sleepless nights, playing half the season in a day.

But then, I got bored. Because the game became static.

I started with Histon in Blue Square North, took them to the Championship in 7 years, got a job offer from Tottenham (an Arsenal fan I am) and won Champions League in 4 years.

Now, as a player, what more you want? The game becomes static and you just rinse and repeat what you did in the last decade of you being a Football Manager.

Being an ardent fan, I thought about how can I make this game better, exciting, UNPREDICTABLE?

Well,I did have an idea. Yes, you CAN make something better then Football Manager.

I have the abstract in mind but I am not a programmer and hence, I am looking for help in designing and coding logics regarding passing, shooting, defence, attack, player attributes.

Every kind of help will be appreciated. And if you think you can play a bigger part in this, please PM me.

The details lies in the idea and I believe you will understand that I really can't reveal it.

Just to give you a small idea, how about four people playing the game for one club? There are more human controlled characters just apart from manager?

Interesting idea, if I knew anything about coding, I'd be up for helping. If there's anythinbg else I can help with, just say

I like the idea of this as I myself have thought about it before like it would be interesting to be the chairman or technical director dealing with transfers on behalf of a club etc or you could be a scout and recommend players and stuff it would be good also on a save once I had earned over 35m as a manager and some lower league clubs are valued at only a few million it would be good to use your money to buy one or start a new club from scratch being the chairman, hiring a manager and staff, taking loans to help run the club and stuff it's an interesting idea

There is the problem guys. There are not enough programmers to do this one. I even contacted official FM for this but they say they dont accept ideas because of god-knows-what legal issues. I really thibk the idea can be done. ALl i want is few enthusiastic football fan coders. Just few of them and we could challenge the monopoly of Sega here.
