So I have been playing Football Manager for nearly 4 years now, and one thing I can say with confidence is that it is leaps and bounds ahead of any other football simulation game. This is my first time doing anything like this, ever, so give me a chance!

I am a huge Arsenal fan. Being an Arsenal fan brings around an array of emotions such as frustration yet sheer happiness, so I decided to take matters in to my own hands and venture in to starting another Arsenal save. I'm not going to go in to great amounts of depth because frankly I don't have the time! So, here we go. As the title suggests, I have managed to achieve some incredible things on this save with Arsenal, but it's just the beginning.

Note: One of the players known as 'Parky' is a player I edited using the in-game editor. I wanted to get a player with my name in to the game to see the sort of things he can do. He has been truly unstoppable.

Manager Stats

Unbeaten Season in Premier League

In season 16/17 I did what many people think is the impossible. Clearly not. Somehow, and I really mean it, we went the whole League season without a single defeat. You'll see in the picture that there were some particularly close results that almost ended this fantastic run.

The season after this, unfortunatley we came to a 1-0 away defeat to Manchester United, ending our unbeaten run which lasted a magnificent 58 games!

Highest Scoring Results

In my most recent season just finished, I managed to knock a total of 40 goals past both Burnley and Watford in just 4 games!

Best Champions League Season

Away wins against Barcelona (on two different occasions) and Chelsea made for a fantastic season in the Champions League, which we ended up lifting against Juventus - a 4-2 win in the final!

Most Influential Players

Throughout this save, some players have stood out above the rest. Here are these players...

Alexis Sánchez

It would be am understatement to say that Alexis has been world class because he quite simply has taken the Premier League by storm in the 10 years he has been at the club in this save. The stats tell the story, there is not much more I can say about him! At the point I am in now in my save he has scored a total of 255 goals for the club and this figure will slowly rise untill he retires. Take a look for yourself.

Aaron Ramsey

At the end of the day, stats aren't everything. Aaron Ramsey proves this. He has been an absolute rock in the centre of our midfield. Our tireless engine who never seems to stop going. At the current age of 34 I reckon he still has at least another 3 years left in him.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

Many think that now is the time in real life for Oxlade-Chamberlain to take his game to the next level. In FM he has truly done this. Some crucial goals at crucial times as well as a very high level of consistency! He scores so many goals for a winger, which may seem surprising but he does it without fail. If only he could do this next season for Arsenal to win our Player of the Year!

A little bit of cheating I know, but I had to use the in-game editor for something. Parky is a magician, it's as simple as that. His free-kicks are out of this world and I'm starting to lose count on how many he has actually scored. He is also an assist machine. Last season he got 36 in all comps along with 30 goals?! How is that even possible? Just take a look...

Hachim Mastour

The little Italian wonderkid that we have all seen on YouTube? Yep, this is him. Maybe not quite as good as the others, but nevertheless still a world class player. He bags assists and goals for the team as well as having a lot of flair to his game. The stats speak for themselves.

There has been one tactic primarily used throughout this save which constitutes of a 4-2-3-1 formation. It is based around posession play usually reaching up to the 60-65% areas along with a lot of shots and clear cut chances. I will upload the tactic because this is easier than me going in to depth trying to explain every aspect of it.

Here are some tips for it:

Fast wingers that are good on the ball technically.
A creative number 10 who has high vision and work rate.
Pacey wing backs with good defending stats, so they can get involved in almost every attack but also know how to track back.
Two central midfielders who are strong, technically gifted and leaders on the pitch.

This may seem pretty generic and it is, but this has earned me my success so I'm just sharing what I know!

I will be constantly updating this post with any other interesting aspects of this save that I can think of. But for now, thank you so much for reading! Any comments are much appreciated because I want to know what you think![/img]

You've had some great results there.
Winning the Premiership without a defeat is really something.

The thing I don't like is your editor made player. This is not a good thing when showing a career and people often think about you as an unreliable player. I think everyone played like that at some point, but it really doesn't make sense for me now.

Anyway, keep up the good work.

P.S. Have you considered a lower league team? I think this is more interesting than playing with a top team like Arsenal from the beginning.

Hi, first of all thank you for reading my post and commenting!

Thanks for the feedback, I understand what you're saying completely but at this moment I'm just playing the game for a bit of fun and wanted to share it. I see that some people may not like the in-game editor but it can make for some exciting things within the game.

Also I have considered doing a lower league team and working my way up but only after I get bored of this save! :P

Cheers again.
I know you are having fun! This is what this game is all about.

So do your thing and enjoy :)

Afterwards, when you tako on a lower team it will be a different type of fun, a lot of losing haha but the satisfaction when you achieve something is unmeasurable :)

On FM16, I will be playing the lowest English leavue I can find (perhaps some edited database will give lower than Conference leagues). I really can't wait, almost want to start it now ;)
I can't wait for FM 16! Hopefully there will be some big improvements in certain areas because at the moment some things are really starting to annoy me...
