Fed up of wingers beating man and shooting into side netting instead of pulling it back to striker. They are on cross more and shoot less, any solutions?
Where do i get this from and does it effect how current tactics work in the game/ game saves?

It's early days on what it does from my point of view but what I'll tell you is it's a HUGE IMPROVEMENT on the visual side of the ME and does seem to make some changes to how certain players/roles react.
Save a copy of your file that's being replaced in case you don't like it & want to change back.

Failing the above what's your team mentality & tactical style.
If you are playing direct attacking/counter style then your wingers will be more aggressive in their decisions. It's hard coded in to this ME and a real bug bear.
You could highlight dribble less to try to force them to pass more and also highlight build up play in the final third so they show more patience. Also try them on support roles rather than attack to lower any aggressive mentality.
