press ctrl + p in the reply box, and then enter the url in the box that pops up

or you can type [img] before the link and [/img] after. FMGODs way is easier but I like understanding the codes.

Nice. Play around with it, I've gone from not knowing how to post a picture to playing with colors, underlining, thumbnails, videos and buttons.
