YOUR GAME DATA IS NOT FOUND

For the second time, it happens to me when the Steam user who provides me with the game changes the password and logs back in. The first time, I updated to a newer version and managed to solve it, but this time I have the most recent version. I don't know what's going on. I'm a donor. I've already reinstalled the game, reinstalled it again, did the same with the 'Genie scout,' but it's not working.

Apparently on another post regarding the same issue, someone said once he donated it started working.

its been going on for months and they dont seem to be able to fix it so i uninstalled. it hasnt worked for months yet they are still releasing new updated versions. makes me not trust what im downloading.
