Tactical familiarity not working

The tactical familiarity is not increasing, I dont no if it's affecting my tactic, but I know it's affecting my teams form. In my city save after 17games I had 45points then all of a sudden my team started to lose against very weak opponents like Norwich away 1nil, 4:1 away to Everton.

In the mid season of Arsenal I changed my tactic to a new one. Just wanted to have some fun before release and then couple of fixes come to the game and with new, old and other tactics I have the same feeling that sth is wrong here. I'm also closely looking at tactical familiarity. In general my players are shooting more, with quite a loot on target, but even though I'm only adding rating to their goalkeepers and defenders xD.

I think shot quality has improved.
A 1:0 win away from home against wolves, a 3:2 win at home to spurs and a 5:1 win against Brighton with Marmosh scoring twice.
I noticed more through passes.
3 games in, is a small sample though.

My set piece routines go blank or changed

Well... did some testing. Played couple of matches and have a feeling like tactics and their instructions are working better, both in offensive and def. Although, still stupid sequences of actions occurs, like. when opposition will complete 3-4 passes and their are not stopped, then in most cases they will score. ;/ Or players dribbling up to the end line and shooting from very tight angles. In general looks better and still quite a lot to improve.

Currently studying the match engine using Tactical view. I used 2 wingers and not wide midfielders in the out of possession phase and get stuck in, I noticed the players pressed higher up.
I hope the match engine improves when the official game comes out.

Currently testing with Liverpool, got cooked by Jacob Murphy, lost to Newcastle4:3 didn't start Isak though.
