Baroni 4-3-3 Lecce

Today I present to you the tactical emulation of Marco Baroni and his Lecce.


POSSESSION PHASE:
The direct construction provides for the offloading of the goalkeeper or central defender to the full-back and the latter goes in search of the forward that he can unload to the midfielder who is in support while the winger was running away to meet the full-back to give a short support option, even the central midfielder is perhaps an option for a fullback-central midfielder-wing triangulation.

The construction from below provides for the offloading to the midfielder who changes play on the winger on the opposite side who, when receiving, has the option of the full-back who overlaps or the maneuver remains in charge of the winger.

I DON'T OWN:

The two midfielders go into coordinated pressing with the striker on the central defenders or the midfielder who drops down to play to try to force the play with a long pass where the aerial ability of the central defenders almost always leads to the recovery of the ball.

The defense is lined up at 4 and remains as high as possible with the two central defenders man-marking the 2 forwards and if they try to get down to find space they are followed by the same defenders.
