You can find tools like "FM COach Calculator" or others probably that will calculate the level of the coach you are looking at.
As you use these kind of tools, you realize which stats are used for each kind of training.
You will see that : motivation, determination and Discipline are used by every staff member (I mean training staff members, not scouts or physio)
You can also find on fmscout the formulas for every job. DDM stands for Determination, Discipline and Motivation.
