After GS loaded my saved game, this windows keep pop-up to my windows:

Either I choose OK or CANCEL, it's still continue poping-up.
(If I choose OK, it loads my current opening FM windows -> then it happens again)
Is it bug, or issue of my steam?
Could you please help me?
