Just right click and save this in your "C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019\graphics\logos\europe\belgium\normal" folder

and this one in the "C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2019\graphics\logos\europe\belgium\small" folder

and overwrite the existing logos
