This is quite normal for lower league teams, there's a large turnover of players every season so yeah quite a few will most likely leave and you'll just have to spend a bit of time trying to get replacements in.
The easiest and simplest way to find replacements would be to setup a search function in your scouting tab for players interested and with contracts expiring in July, sort it by value and offer them all trials.
You can also go into your transfers tab, and ask your director of football (you don't even actually need to have one) and ask him to suggest players with contracts expiring or already out of contract, offer them trials.
