Yeah. It is indeed the opposite. Fluidity is about players interchanging positions and sharing duties on the field, which happens more when many players have support duties and share zones of influence. A more structured approach happens when positions are more static, areas of responsibility have less overlap and some players focus on attack and others in defence, which tends to happen when there is many attack and defend duties.
