I thought this was about the fans in the stadium being too loud :).
Have you checked your CPU temperatures? FM can be quite daunting on some CPUs.
I had the same problem with my 6700K but I was far too lazy to remove and clean the heatsink, check thermal paste and all that. I just downclocked it and problem was solved.
Turning off spectators won´t do much, they arent really part of the calculations your CPU needs to do, at least that would be my guess.
