It should be the exact same thing as previous editions, keep in mind there is no "Football Manager 2024" folder created until you boot up the game at least once.
Also try opening the folder through your steam library this is done like this:
1. Open Steam
2. Click "Library" (Home)
3. Right click on "Football Manager 2024"
4. Manage -> Browse local files
5. The Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2024 folder should now have opened in windows explorer. For some reason it opens minimized on my pc, so if nothing pops up on the screen, that might be the case for you as well.
