I'm currently playing FM 24 and it's getting to Sept/Oct and quite a few of my players are needing a rest ie holiday, I was wondering if there is anything I could do to improve this as it's happening every season I'm in 2030 on my save, I've tried squad training but it's not making a difference it's also happening in March/April at an important time of the season
