Check list:
-Picture should be in ".png" format. Not ".PNG".
-Filename of the picture should be the unique id of the player.
-Put the picture in the team's folder. You can find all of it here: C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\players\
-Add this line to the group of lines in the config file inside the folder where you put the picture file: <record from="(ID NUMBER)" to="graphics/pictures/person/(ID NUMBER)/portrait"/> Don't include the parentheses.
-Open FM and tick "Reload skin on confirm" and untick "Use skin cache".
And that's all. It should hopefully work.
