What mods are you referring to?
I just copied all the graphics folders from FM 2024 to FM 2026 and all photos and logos are working fine.

When it comes to the other mods, paste them into the Steam game folder. The folder you are looking for is:
Steam Library / steamapps / common / Football Manager 2026 / fm_data / StreamingAssets / aa / StandaloneWindows64
You need to copy all the skin files, camera mods and others into the StandaloneWindows64 folder.
Back up the old files before you paste the new ones. If you do it while the game is running, it will crash, but reopen it again and it should work.
