Game Crashes after pre-match Team Talk or when going to a match

also happening is it says - again before a game- not well formed (invalid token) at line 1 of views -v1-opposition-tactic-views.xml (XML passing error). Why are there so many problems wih the game I just want to crack on and I can't ??? !
