I got FM 12 a week or two ago and once again its taken over my life per usual haha. Ive bought every fm since the day it came out n have to say this one is right up their with the best. On the other hand im new to FM scout. People have told me its a crackin place for tips and tactics so i was wondering..

Who are best players to tutor under 19's and reserves?
