#35409 johnny666 : Well what you first do is you add a manager and choose to manage the club in which you wish to take their players, E.G. If you want Lionel Messi you would take charge of Barcelona. After this you would decline the press conference's e.t.c. and then go in to the squad. You would then click on the players name you want, E.G. Lionel Messi, if you were choosing to take Barcelona's players.
After this you will have to unsettle the player, release him on a free(He will decline to don't worry!), mutual terminate his contract - then decline to, and demote him(put him in the U19S squad). If you wait a few days, you then place him on the transfer list.
Go on to your real Manager - E.G. Managing Manchester United and then bid £0 for Messi.
Go on to the other user E.G. Barcelona manager(by clicking change user in the options menu) and then accept the bid for messi.
Finalise the deal and the Messi will be part of your squad(or any player you want)

....ummm... I don't condone cheating... out of principle more than anything... but seriously, this trick has been known since it was called Chap Manager! (No offence of course!)
What I'd suggest (if you REALLY REALLY want to cheat) is;
DOWNLOAD THE REAL-TIME FM2012 EDITOR! you can then (literally) change stats, nationalities, transfer funds etc etc etc
If you want to cheat, do it the proper way...
