Haven't got much knowledge on players of this level but i suggest asking the board for a parent club, roughly league 1/2 level to garner extra income and get talent from them on loan. Done a Chelmsford save a couple of months back and got Swindon who gave me a couple of players on loan, got promoted and Chelmsford became one of their favourite teams then just bought out their loan clause.
