Just wondering does anyone know of any ways to develop good relationships with your staff? The only way i can really think of is to spend a lot of time with them at one club? Anyone know any other ways?
Maybe offering them new better contracts and moving them up to better jobs perhaps? I would also think that the staff meetings must have something to do with it?

Staff meetings I think have a huge role, as well as accepting whatever it is that they recommend in the staff meetings.

In FM 2010 I did pretty much everything my assistant manager and one of my coaches recommended, but ignored my first team coach. By the end of my second season, all three of them were wanted by other teams, but my assistant and my coach remained while my first team coach left - this, after I offered him huge money, a massive sign-on bonus, a lot higher than the other two.
