requested extra trainer

I asked my boardroom for extra training staff and they agreed.

But I still can't hire more staff and the request extra training staff option is greyed out at boardroom request now.

I tried to sign a fitness trainer but my board says there's no need for an extra trainer?

Can anuone help?

maybe it will be at the end of the season, in previous games in fm 10 if you asked for extra training stuff, then at the end of the season extra facilities were built to fufil that promise?

i think there is a limit to how many staff you can acquire, and i mean even when you request for more, i played with man utd on fm 2011 and i think in total i was allowed 25 coaches in total even when i requested for more and they said yes that number never increased

I'm in Blue Square South and have a total of 4 trainers.

Perhaps it will change at the start of the new season, I will let you now in a few days because this season is almost over...

Maybe you were allready over the limit to begin with so asking for extra just made it ok for you to have the ones you did have?

Maybe you have max number of coaches for the league in which you are playing.

Apparantly I had reached the limit for coaches (4) (had 1 when I took over the club mid-season) because I asked for an extra physio (got 2 ) and they were added right after the request.

Why did the board agree my request? SI bug ?

A follow-up question: Is there a way to increase the staf budget because mine is ridiculously low? Increasing the team wage budget doesn't affect the staffs budget at all...

And now of to bed because my alarm clock will sound in under 5 hours ... Damn this game
