Unemployed Career

Hi There, just wanted to ask, does anyone start unemployed and make a career of it that way?

I always do, Started off as Hereford (well the only job i could get :D) starting my 3rd season! got them promoted as champions 2nd year!

But a couple of things, no-one will give me a better job!? and well I've (well I think I have) done wonder's at Hereford! now genie scout is back it's going to get even better!

And the ghost tactic I from the SI forums is awesome!

anyway just thought I'd ask.

Personally I want to take someone like, Forest Norwich or Leeds back to the prem

Hehe, that's funny :p I also started unemployed and also got manager of Hereford :p After alot of transfers I managed to get a whole new team and got 4th in the competition, and after 2 qualifying-matches against the 2nd (Bury) and 3th place (Port Vale) I got promoted. But since my team wasn't going to be strong enough for the new competition I decided to look for a new job and found one at the second division of Belgium. Got manager of OH Leuven there and doing great now with a 2nd place after 7 matches.

I hope to get promoted to the first division of Belgium and then I'll probably try to get manager of a first division team in Belgium (finances at OH Leuven suck), a second division team of England, a first division team of Germany or a first division team at Holland. And after that I should be ready to become manager of a strong team.

In my opinion, starting the game unemployed is so much more fun because you actually have the feeling you reached something as a manager in this game.

Too bad I'm in the middle of my exams now so haven't got a lot of time to play...

Anyways, I would say keep going! Hereford has potential!

I usually start with sporting portugal which is the team i support, and then when the december transfer window opens, i usually create another profile and start unemployed! by this time, the teams who are at the end of the tables have started to fire them coaches, leavin the open spot for me!

I play them both at the same time, and when i want to change my unemployed profile team i simply don't re-sign my contract, and as soon as any team fires his coach i send my application!

And about the topic I started 1 game uneplyed, and I got a job at Lincoln(npower2), but it was a disaster. So I decided to do almost the same but i chose a team from BSB Premier(Darlington).
