it was the fall of 2011 and I was looking for strikers for my Droylsden side in the Blue Square Premier. I came across this astonoshing man ! he was playing for The Strongest in Bolivia, though on loan from Catania, and he had a history in Italian lowerleauges and thus had an italian citizenship aswell as his original agrentinian... anyway, he had no contract so i signed him for free with a wage around 200€ p/w... best move I ever made, I've won three straight promotions (2 of them with him in the squad) and I'm well on my way to increase the streek to 4, the main reason? "Cosmos" as i call him... he's been a monster all along and just scored a hattrick against leeds ! he has scored exactley a goal per game since i signed... I had to re-sign his contract this summer but he setteled for 2000€ p/w, slavewage for a player at his level... he's been the best goalscorer in both the Blue Square Premier (even though he signed in october) and Leauge Two and is currentley the topscorer in Leauge One,5 goals clear of Snodgrass of leeds...
so anyone looking for a new striker? take a look...
and has anyone ever had a player like this? (whom has followed you through the leauges and been a SUPERSTAR in all of them ?
I also have a player like him. Try searching for German Hornos. I signed him when I was managing Ceuta and have been promoted up to Liga Adelante.
I think there are many players like them and I think you should consider and put into the equation your managing ability. All they need is the right tactics to maximise their abilities.
Arton Ademi was my man in FM10, always bought him if I started in League 2 and stayed with me into the premiership.

didnt thought he would be much in premeir but again i was proved wrong 26apps 21goals 9assists
and so far with my third season hes goign to beat tht record, iv had bids from man city, man u and even ac milan at about 8 mill but wont sell

My main man in FM09 was Alex Fernandez, got him to play for my League One side Walsall. After three seasons he had been the best goalscorer in League One, Championship and the Premiership and was selected to the national team of Spain.
What do you guys consider LLM? For example npower Championship (English 2nd division), is it a lower league?
I'd say Charlie Austin (ST) is great choice for League 1 (and Championship), for some reason he scores couple of dozen goals every season. The same goes for Jay Simpson (ST). For the wing my favorite so far has to be Adam Hammill (ML). But each of them will cost you 1M-2M on first season.
Jose Goncalves (DLC) if you can get him is free and reliable, and for a decent keeper I highly recommend the Swedish youth Nordfeldt (GK) (will cost around 170K) or if you can spare around 1.5M I'd say Joe Lewis (GK). I also like Deegan (MC) because he's amazingly consistent and you can get him for around 550K.
The best all round player for LL I would recommend is Ray Lally. Irish Left Back/Midfielder, Signed him for my Blyth Spartans team in BSN. Insanely low wages, and he was in my first team until I reached League 1.
well i was actually aming for something more like a players who'se produced from BS S/N and on through the levels... who'se managed to deliver three leauges above the one you recruted him to...

Younghusband made great seasons for me too. His brother James Younghusband is also pretty good. I alsa had a striker in my reserve team Curtis Main 17-18 year old he had alfuw atributes but high value and is scoring a lot. a goal per game. But I havent used him much so I cant tell is he is good first team regular.

I bought him for 18 Milion Euros from Udinese.
He scored 23 goals in the first season he made.
For me he is a WonderKid.
Mines was Daniel MacKay from Kilmarnock (on loan then permanent after second stint)
never plays well in any game I do as them but as soon as i bought him for Luton helped me get to the championship with back to back FA Trophies (not the Major one) while in the League 1 + 2 scored almost every game if not ever second, and improved each season
