Guys, anyone can help?

I'm currently playing fm11 in season 2020 then I got this situation. I can't anymore access the training option. If I click the training on the player view, the game will automatically crash like this

I can still playing it though, but it will never be the same if I can't set up the training level any longer.
Please let me know if anyone familiar with this error and could fix it. Thanks.

I got something similar to this. Whenever I went to the squad selection screen that 'serious error was encountered' message came up. I changed from using the disc to using Steam and the crash stopped. Hope this helps!

Remember to use a 3 file rolling auto save, this way if your game picks up a bug you can just go back a week or 2 to an older save before the bug cropped up.

I actually used more than 3 save game files, and I did reload the game whenever the bug came up, but the "crash" remained the same.

Ah...I did the same thing too in early season of 2019, and yes, the problem fixed. But the bug still came up in this season, 2020.
