Small Club& Poor players

I'm just trying to get somewhere with one small club, but wondering which tactic would be best to compete'
All players are really bad,any tips?

Standard 4-4-2 usually does best, focus on physical attributes when your getting players for weak teams.

Its not really a good idea when a small club with standard players to play all out attack, fluid play when your players are just not quality enough to do it

Standard balanced 4-4-2 normally works ok, Best tip for wingers though is to have them move into channels and keep your strkers central by asking them not to move into the channles and have one CM supporting forwards and the other CM staying deep.

I really had succes with small clubs by playing on counter, and not only, with a 4-1-4-1 formation ( 4 defenders, anchorman, ball winning/adv playmaker, 2 wingers and advanced forward). With decent speed/dribbling you will score loads on counters.

This formation just seems very secure in defence to me, which is important at a small club.

What club are you at? 8 wins a draw and two losses is actually a pretty good record, especially for a lower league club.

I'm playing with Marsonia from croatian second league, yes it's not so bad but i've put that club in second league and add 100k budget in editor,so small help for future,
i didn't add no players and stuff
