A Polish site accidently revealed the news, however since then Sports Interactive has asked the site to pull down the info.
Some of the new features we might be seeing in FM 2011:
* Improved training options
* Improved and more advanced searching for players
* Improved graphics and 3D view of the match
* Introduction of football agents
* Introduction of night/day effect in matches
* Introduction of additional weather conditions
Sports Interactive should make an official announcement in the upcoming weeks, so until then this piece of news should be handled as a rumor...
However, the box art of FM 2011 that we found seems quite legitimate and might as well be the following:

*Easier/faster way to set up rosters for friendly games.
**It's a pain in the ass to move 23 players from my reserve teams to the first team to play a handful of games during the off season. Then you have to turn around and move those players back to their respective teams.
*Improved award voting.
**It would be real nice to have stats readily available for the players you have to choose from. It's cumbersome to look up each individual player to compare their stats.
*Option to prompt user to set training schedules.
**I set all of my training schedules during the preseason and when new players are brought in. I sometimes forget to set training schedules when players are promoted from a U18 squad, however. Would be nice to have the option of forcing you to set/confirm all training schedules before moving forward, much like you have to set your captain, register rosters, etc.
*Improved 3D engine.
**I'd LOVE to have matches that specifically zoom in for clutch moments - killer through balls, shots on goal, free kicks, penalties, etc.
**It's still funny watching keepers dive after balls that they could walk to.
