A great way to get an overall picture of how well you are doing as a manager is by seeing how secure your job is. By default, the screen is sorted by the managers deemed to be most at risk, with those safe in their positions at the lower end of the screen. Use the 'Show Filters' option to look at the positions of managers by nation.
At the start of your career, and when you first come into a new job, you can expect a honeymoon period in which mistakes, reshuffling and poor results are more likely to be forgiven. This means that your job security may mask a certain frustration from fans and your chairman, whose lack of confidence in you may turn into pressure once any grace period ends.
Use the confidence screen and take heed of any messages you get to improve your job security. And, of course, registering good results won't do you any harm either.
