The customisation hub of Football Manager, where you can tailor make the FM experience to suit your tastes - the options fall under several categories.

General
Under the general heading you can alter many different aspects of the game settings such as language and date format, your preferred measurement of currency, weight and height and the various save game and help options. Also here you can set which database you'd like to use on the game, though you'll need to restart your game for this to take effect.

Display & Sound
Here you can alter the way the game looks by changing, for instance, the skin or whether pictures and badges are shown. You can also tweak the way the game performs tasks such as auto-saving and how fast news flashes are displayed on the ticker bar.

You'll find plenty of third party graphical downloads on many of the unofficial sites listed in the Community section of the game. These will enable you to customise the look of Football Manager, in some cases using unique and vibrant themes to spice up the game's visuals.

Network
Here you can update any options you need to if you're running a Network game.

Extra Files
In the extra files section, you'll have the option to turn any added files on and off as you please.

Shortcuts
The shortcuts option allows you to change or remove your default keyboard shortcuts to suit you. Simply click on the shortcut of you choice and press add new, then type the command you prefer on your keyboard.
