What good young talents win Ballon D'Or in FM13?

I am close to signing Mario gotze and Also have Isco already. SO in My midfield I will have Gotze-Isco-Bale and I'm planning to buy a good striker like Lewandowski. I can't buy Jovetic as he got injured for 4 months. I want to know what players won ballon d'ors in your saves after CR7 and Messi. I want to boost Gotze's chances to get it by improving his finishing so can you please give a staff or attributes of a good staff to improve his finishing? How high can his finishing go up to if I keep his individual training for years!!!

Unfortunately, Gotze's finishing won't increase much. If you are lucky, it will increase to 11/12, but no higher.
