Squad/Team Strength: Good/playable strength.

I am not entirely sure, but I THINK Hajduk in the Croatian first division have poor finances? They are fighting for the title at least so it wouldn't be too hard to make the finances good, you should try them :)

Preferred League/Leagues: Top league or Sky Bet Championship

Preferred Budget/Financial State: Quite rich, has more than 5m budget

Squad/Team Strength: Challenging for Champions League/play-offs

So, a team like Roma, but not them :P

Napoli, Schalke, Lille, Southampton, Pacos Ferreira (got CL playoffs last year, dunno if they have good finances) and I'll throw in Sevilla/Valencia or even Atletico

Tallery1164- You should try paok in greece they are decent and in europa league but not title challenges and they need rebuilding but they are strong enough for cups. Otherwise i would suggest malaga or vitesse from holland.

Looking for a long-term project.

Preferably not in England, but in a semi-large European league pyramid (Portugal, France, etc).

Also have a question re: downloading all the different leagues from around the world- I accessed them in the game, but for whatever reason I cant actually play as the teams! Like I'll start up a save, but it will just sim through my matches and not register anything!

Have a look at AJ Auxerre in France's Ligue 2. They might get relegated in this world, but you could probably change that.
