Preferred league(s):Conference North/South
Budget: Secure but not much money to spend on players (Positive wages at ALL TIMES)
Squad: Not very deep: 18-21 players. About 1 backup for every position.
I am currently in my 1st season with Concord Rangers (Skrill South). I like this as the tight budget is quite a good challenge. They are doing well under me and I really am having fun. They only have 19 players yet we are battling for the playoffs

cfcmarkt: Yeah, I've done Bromley and made them beaten Conference Prem playoff finalists. I like clubs such Whitehawk and Gloucester. I especially loved fm 13 handheld (I only play handheld) as it has clubs such as Hickley, Truro(love the challenge!), Billericay, Droylesden and Hornchurch. All were relegated from the Conference. Sad

Preferred League/Leagues: Top tier (Highest level)

Preferred Budget/Financial State: Doesn't matter/irrelevant

Squad/Team Strength: A good squad - that could do with some rebuilding...

Essentially a team that are capable of challenging for the title in their domestic leagues - with only a few changes. My aim would be to stick with them for as long as possible and make them the most successful club, probably a 10-15 season project... Any ideas?
