I always have this dilemma, should I sell away/sees the contract out for old players? It's quite a bit hard for me to let them go, after all they help me see through the high and lows of the club.

Now that the young players in my squad (18 years old ~20 years old) are all ready for first team squad and I find it quite hard to balance them if I want the youngsters to stay in club to learn from them. (Loan does not means they get to play every time, sometimes not even a game.)

What would you guys do? Sell or stay?
If they have a staff attribute sign them as payer coach otherwise it depends on your wage budget if you let them go or not? loan them out is another possibility.

I usually keep them and have them as sort of backup rotation player, the experience helps in regards to tutoring, and if someone is out of form they haven't lost it enough just to step in and help the team out in a bit part role, win-win situation really in my opinion
Always handy to have some olduns around for back up or big matches where experience is required. You wouldnt put inexperienced 18 year olds out in a champions league final for example.
