Genie 14g Not working properly

My genie 14g has a bug where the player search gives erratic behaviour.

When I do a player search it gives me weird results. Like Rooney will be a GK with 40% rating as a AM, which I know can't be true. Other player positions and ratings are wrong as well.

Did u put the key file in the GS14 folder?

Yes. I did. Without the key its just jibberish.
