October Story of the Month
Well, we are in to the final Story of the Month award for the FM13 season. It has certainly been an exciting year for story writing, and the next season of story writing will be an exciting one for everybody.
With the attention of the story writers now firmly on FM14, the FM13 story front has quietened down to a slow grind. For this reason, only
three stories have been nominated. These three stories, however, are of fine creation and our marvelous pieces of work. But first, let's introduce the judges!
- Louis O.
- Neal
- Pauker
- Seni
- Rablador
So, let's have a look at which stories made it on to the last Story of the Month for this season.
Neal's Giuseppe Bergomi - The King of Calcio
tbendis' The Adriatic Adventure
Pauker's Juventus F.C. - The Return of Nedved
GET VOTING!
Neal and Timmy's story are stories that I'm surprised that they haven't won a SoTM, but this is their last chance, which again, is greatly deserved. Good luck to the nominees and I hope that the better story wins!
I'd also like to thank the judges for my second nomination of SoTM in my 10 month stay here, which I want to expand.
Feels great to be nominated alongside 2 such great stories. Whoever wins thoroughly deserves it, what a great way to cap off the FM 13 SotM award
I vote for tbendis.
Impressive what he have done with the story in a format not standard on this board-
I give up-_________________________-
Vote Timmy.
I promise I will have a Story of the Month nomination with FM14!!!
And for this last FM13' SOTM I vote Neal
I'd like to take my time to thank everyone for making it a glorious run for the Adriatic Adventure. 4 straight SOTM nominations, three runner up spots. It's been a glorious ride. My supporters have been nothing but brilliant, a stark contrast to the early days of my story writing where I would be lucky to get a comment every 5, 6 updates, and, whatever happens, I'd like to say that the best story won. Neither Neal nor I have won the SOTM, and several times, Neal's was overstepped for a nomination, so it truly is deserved.
Fortunately, you won't have to say goodbye to any of these stories because, to the best of my knowledge, both Neal, me, and Pauker are going to continue writing them through 2014.
All the best,
Timmy
