Gary Neville quits Sky to take charge at Stalybridge Celtic

38 year old Gary Neville has quit his pundit job at Sky Sports and taken a decision to manage local club Stalybridge Celtic. Gary Neville was born 18th February 1975 is an English former footballer. He is England's most capped right-back and was Manchester United's club captain for five years.
Neville spent his entire playing career at Old Trafford, making him a rare one-club man. At the time of his retirement in 2011, he was United's second longest serving player in the squad, behind his long-time team-mate Ryan Giggs. He made his international debut in 1995 and was first-choice right-back for club and country for more than ten years.
He is the older brother of former Manchester United and Everton captain Phil Neville, who is now the Manchester United first team coach. His sister Tracey Neville played netball for England, his mother Jill is a receptionist for Bury.
Since retiring from football in the middle of the 2010–11 season, Neville then went into punditry and was a commentator for Sky Sports until his decision to take over at Stalybridge.

Neville explained "This is a good opportunity for me to go into management and learn the ropes. I'm not one for walking straight into a top club, I would rather learn from the bottom and work my way up in management, I am very much looking forward to getting stuck in and I'm hoping I can use my knowledge and experience from my playing days to pass on the the players here and see if we can build a successful campaign"
