I don't know if anybody else has found this, but i am playing as York and not matter who i try to take on loan i can't because it wont let me click on the make offer button, it never lights up. Has anybody else experienced this or know any way to help ??

I am having exactly the same problem. I am managing Luton and cannot click the make offer button. No matter what time in the season or the details of the loan.
Managing in the Skrill Conference is hard enough without disabling loans! Someone please help!!
Im having a problem loaning players out, getting plenty of offers for my youngster but when offers made the accept button is blanked out any ideas on why?

You may have had to pay for the loan and not had enough money, although I'm assuming that that didn't happen. I don't know unfortunately.
Maybe the player you are trying to take on loan isn't available for loan/is a first team player for his current club?
