This is just my opinion but I do think it's time that next year SI implements a dynamic PA system.

I mean I have an ambitious AM that reached his full potential of 137 CA at the age of 17, seriously when have you seen in football that a player doesn't improve a single bit between the age of 17 and 30.

PA could also drop in the case of serious injuries or lack of play time over a long period, and rise slightly in the case of fast development... at least the mental attributes.

Don't know if anyone agrees, but i do feel there should be a maximum PA with a set +- of 10 or 15, the plus activates if maximum CA is achieved very early in a players career and the minus is activated if development is halted by serious injury or an extreme lack of play time.
Even so, if the player reaches his potential at 17 then has +15 added he'll probably reach that by 19. It has to stay as realistic as possible.

A lot of players do very well at a young age then never really improve their talents in real life.
19 in modern football is fairly old, id say by that time that its understandable for a player to perhaps not make major strides in quality throughout his career, but 17?

I don't know its just an idea and I feel its slightly unrealistic the way it has currently played out in my in-game career
