Faces disappeared

Hey guys I really need your help! I have just got FM14 and started a huge save with a lot of leagues and the faces(pictures) of all the managers, players, regens and staff in the whole game aren't there/disappeared. I am currently downloading a face mega pack and I don't know whether that is the problem, if its something I have done in the settings or if I have selected too many leagues etc.

Please help me out!! Thanks guys in advanced!

Clear cache?
Preload skin?

I cleared the cache before starting the game, and all I have done to the skin is change it to FM DARK.
