Can any of you leave a comment with instructions on how to merge two divisions with the editor? I know I am supposed to use new country rules feature, but I'm not sure how to proceed correctly.
Basically, instead of having a classical 2nd division (like english championship, 2. Bundesliga) I have a second division split in two and I want to merge.
