rite on data editor i have created a football team and added to them to the coca cola championship but when ever i start a new game it wont let me choose the english league as one of my three choices. Why is ths?

wow never heard of that before. have u took a team out the championship to add ur own team? check the last position ur team has had and the team u have deleted.
if this doesnt work i suggest go back to ur default database lol

dunno if you still havent sorted it but... what you need to do is, in the editor search the competition you want your club to be in and then highlight a club that is already in that league and then click swap then in the search box that appears search your club and chhose that

on your data editor when you have vreated your team. use search menu on the left. choose competitions then search the league you want to be in. then a list of all the teams will come up. choose which team you want to replace by clicking them once then at the bottom click swap, a search box will open up, in this type your team in and then select them and click ok
It's not working because you've added your team to the Championship, not swapped it with another club. Now the Championship has one more team than its supposed to. That's why the Championship doesn't work and so the whole English Football system. Just do what karlwood explained and you should be ok.
