can't do loan offer

Hi, there, I think it's because his contract is going to expire. I can see the "Approach to Sign", you can sign him as free agent, so technically, that may be the reason that you cant loan him. I encountered this situation, too.

I think you cant loan the player because your outside the transfer window. Where it says transfer date 'next available' means you cant even transfer the player permanently until the window opens.
