Need a defensive tactic!

I need a defensive tactic that will work I've tried numerous times to get it right but it never seems to work!!

If anyone has any suggestions on how I can stop the rot of losing it would be greatly appreciated!!

Cheers mate i'll give it a try with my Brentford save that I've got going in the Premier League haha! just needed a tactic that would win be games aswell as a tactic that can be good at defending hopefully this will work pal
